We think out of the box when it comes to food service. In our small town there are limited resources, and limited choices for food.
So we created “Alternative Food Services” utilizing kitchens that already exist, instead of purchasing a restaurant or food truck.
We have serval different ways of feeding our community healthy foods we feel good about serving.

Mini Meal
Prep
Mini-Meal Preps are prepared in a commercial kitchen, and provided as a package. These options give you full in-home meal prep service. Meal preps include around 6 meals, with snacks.
Full Meal Prep Services
This service is completely customizeable. First, we start by talking about your food needs. Are you on a specific diet? Any food allergies? What types of food do you enjoy eating? How many people need to be fed?
Then, I make a personalized menu for you, and you choose what items you want.
Meals can be made in your home or in a commercial kitchen for an extra $10 a hour kitchen rent fee. Space is limited for the commercial kitchen orders . All meals are portioned to meet your needs and labeled. Commercial kitchen orders will be delivered in town after the prep. If meals are made in home, we do all the clean up as well.

Private Parties
Do you have a large group to accommodate & don’t want the hassle of dining out or cooking? Want something a bit more personalized and intimate for your small group?
Private dining events are just for you!
I will create a customizable menu for your event, do the shopping; come to your home, rental, etc. to cook your curated meal; then clean up the cooking dishes.
